Melanders Blommor AB är personuppgiftsansvarig för den behandling av personuppgifter som beskrivs i denna integritetspolicy. Denna policy omfattar Contractik-applikationen samt tillhörande tjänster.
2.1 Kontouppgifter
Vid registrering behandlas namn, e-postadress, telefonnummer och adress. Den rättsliga grunden är att behandlingen är nödvändig för att fullgöra avtalet om användning av tjänsten. Contractik sparar inte personnummer i anslutning till användarens konto.
2.2 Avtalsuppgifter
Vid upprättande av avtal eller kvitto behandlas de uppgifter som användaren själv anger i handlingen, inklusive motpartens namn, kontaktuppgifter och, i förekommande fall, personnummer som fylls i manuellt för det specifika avtalet. Rättslig grund är fullgörande av avtal samt användarens berättigade intresse av att upprätta juridiskt giltiga handlingar.
2.3 Betalningsuppgifter
Betalningsuppgifter hanteras av Stripe. Contractik lagrar inte kortnummer eller andra betalningsuppgifter.
Personuppgifter behandlas av följande personuppgiftsbiträden, som samtliga är avtalsmässigt bundna att skydda uppgifterna på en nivå som motsvarar denna policy:
Personuppgifter överlåts eller säljs inte till andra tredje parter.
Kontouppgifter sparas så länge användarens konto är aktivt. Avtalsuppgifter sparas till dess att användaren själv raderar det aktuella avtalet, eller till dess att kontot raderas i sin helhet.
Uppgifterna lagras hos Google Firebase, vars infrastruktur är certifierad enligt ISO 27001 samt SOC 1, SOC 2 och SOC 3. Åtkomst till uppgifterna är begränsad till behörig administratörspersonal.
Användaren kan när som helst radera sitt konto och samtliga tillhörande uppgifter direkt i applikationen, under Profil → Radera konto. Rättelse av felaktiga kontouppgifter görs under Profil → Ändra mina uppgifter. Export av samtliga sparade uppgifter kan göras under Profil → Exportera mina data.
Utöver ovanstående funktioner i appen har den registrerade rätt att, i enlighet med dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR), begära tillgång till, rättelse av, radering av samt begränsning av behandlingen av sina personuppgifter, samt rätt att invända mot behandlingen. Klagomål kan lämnas till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Melanders Blommor AB is the data controller for the processing of personal data described in this privacy policy. This policy covers the Contractik application and related services.
2.1 Account Information
Upon registration, name, email address, phone number and address are processed. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to fulfil the agreement on use of the service. Contractik does not store personal identity numbers in connection with the user's account.
2.2 Agreement Information
When creating an agreement or receipt, the information entered by the user in the document is processed, including the counterparty's name, contact details and, where applicable, a personal identity number entered manually for that specific agreement. The legal basis is fulfilment of contract and the user's legitimate interest in creating legally valid documents.
2.3 Payment Information
Payment information is processed by Stripe. Contractik does not store card numbers or other payment details.
Personal data is processed by the following data processors, all of which are contractually bound to protect the data at a level equivalent to this policy:
Personal data is not sold or transferred to any other third party.
Account information is retained for as long as the user's account is active. Agreement information is retained until the user deletes the specific agreement, or until the account is deleted in its entirety.
Data is stored with Google Firebase, whose infrastructure is certified under ISO 27001 as well as SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3. Access to the data is restricted to authorised administrative personnel.
Users may delete their account and all associated data at any time directly within the application, under Profile → Delete account. Correction of incorrect account information can be made under Profile → Edit personal details. Export of all stored data is available under Profile → Export my data.
In addition to the in-app functions above, data subjects have the right, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to request access to, correction of, deletion of, and restriction of the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to object to such processing. Complaints may be lodged with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
